Job summary

ABB is seeking a Remote Inside Sales Support professional to execute order entry, tracking, and order management across local units and agent accounts. You will coordinate bids, ensure on-time delivery, and respond to changing priorities while leveraging ABB tools and business systems.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field and at least 3 years of technical customer support experience in industrial or utility sectors. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field.
Minimum 3 years of technical customer support in Industrial, Utility or related fields.
Knowledge of power transmission & distribution products is preferred.
Experience with B2B customer support and databases/ CRM is desirable.

Responsibilities

Execute daily customer activities including order entry, tracking and order management.
Coordinate with local business units and ABB groups to meet customer requirements.
Support activity expansion at agent accounts and bid proposals.
Analyze contract requirements and assist in problem investigation and corrective actions.
