Job summary

ABB Inc. is seeking a Utility Sales Support professional located in the United States. You will manage order entry, tracking, and coordination with local business units and agent accounts to ensure on-time customer delivery and accurate bid proposals.

This role requires handling multiple projects, adapting to shifting priorities, and supporting internal teams to resolve technical or contractual issues. Some domestic travel may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of technical customer support or related experience in Industrial/Utility sectors.
• General knowledge of power transmission & distribution products/systems preferred.
• Experience with B2B customer support and using databases/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Process orders, track shipments, and manage order entry using ABB tools.
• Coordinate with local units to ensure on-time delivery and accurate bids.
• Support multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Participate in meetings to clarify contract requirements.
• Assist in handling overdue invoices and report on orders when needed.
