Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Manager of Strategic Commercial Readiness & Onboarding to drive onboarding and enablement for the U.S. sales team.

You will coordinate training programs, ensure day-one readiness, and align technical and business operations knowledge. Up to 50% travel for on-site training, trade shows, and field demonstrations across the U.S.; 100% remote work possible depending on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4 years in Corporate Training, Instructional Design, Sales Operations, Business Enablement, or Program Management.
• 3+ years delivering training programs and onboarding initiatives.
• Experience executing structured curricula with adult learning principles.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage logistics.
• U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts; background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Drive the GTM onboarding and enablement program for U.S. sales team members.
• Develop training modules on internal business processes and CRM workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Operations to design curricula.
• Coordinate content creators and SMEs to keep assets up to date.
• Maintain a Skill Matrix and track readiness across the domestic team.
• Manage the training calendar and logistics for national programs.
• Guide post-onboarding field readiness as new hires engage with clients.
