Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Manager of Strategic Commercial Readiness & Onboarding to lead U.S. onboarding for the sales team and ensure rapid day-one readiness.

You will drive go-to-market training, partner with engineering, product, and sales ops to develop and sustain onboarding programs, and manage logistics for national trainings while travel to events may reach 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 4 years in training, enablement, or program management.
• Experience delivering training programs and onboarding initiatives.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and complex logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead U.S. GTM onboarding and enablement for sales team members.
• Develop training modules covering processes, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Operations.
• Maintain a master training library and a skills tracking matrix.
• Coordinate content creators and SMEs to keep assets current.
• Manage national training logistics and travel up to 50%.
• Mentor field associates during post-onboarding phase.
