Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, is seeking a Manager of Strategic Commercial Readiness & Onboarding. This role drives the U.S. onboarding program, coordinating with engineering, sales ops, and product teams to ensure day-one readiness for new hires.

You will lead training development, manage content across modules, and oversee field delivery with up to 50% travel. A remote-friendly position supporting a national sales team is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 4 years in Corporate Training, Instructional Design, Sales Operations, Business Enablement, or Program Management.
• 3+ years of Training & Enablement experience delivering training programs or onboarding initiatives.
• Proven ability to execute structured training curricula and manage complex logistics.
• Must be a U.S. citizen due to government contracts.
• Background check and drug test clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Go-to-Market Onboarding & Enablement program for U.S. sales teams.
• Develop and execute training modules covering internal processes and CRM workflows.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Product and Operations to scale curricula.
• Maintain a Skill Matrix to identify gaps and guide continuous learning.
• Manage logistics and calendar for national training programs across time zones.
