Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Manager of Strategic Commercial Readiness & Onboarding to lead US onboarding and enablement for the sales team. You will drive training across technical and business operations domains, coordinating with SMEs and internal teams to ensure day-one readiness.

The role emphasizes execution, collaboration, and program governance with up to 50% travel and the option for remote work depending on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• 4 years in corporate training, instructional design, sales operations, business enablement, or program management.
• Training & enablement experience delivering training programs and onboarding initiatives.
• Experience delivering structured curricula and onboarding across diverse teams.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proactive and self-driven.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Go-to-Market onboarding and enablement program for the US sales team to ensure full readiness.
• Develop and execute training modules covering internal business processes, sales tools, CRM workflows, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Operations to design and scale the curriculum.
• Coordinate with SMEs to keep training assets up-to-date and effective.
• Maintain a Skill Matrix and governance for field readiness and ongoing learning.
• Manage calendar, logistics, and resources for national training programs across time zones.
• Guide new hires post-onboarding as they engage with clients to refine skills.
• Up to 50% travel for on-site training, trade shows, and field demos across the U.S.
