Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, is seeking a Manager of Strategic Commercial Readiness & Onboarding to lead U.S. sales onboarding and enablement. You will coordinate with engineering, product, and operations to ensure day-one readiness and practical field training for a growing domestic team, with up to 50% travel.

This role offers 100% remote work depending on location and focuses on scalable curricula, governance of a Skill Matrix, and training delivery across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4 years in Corporate Training, Instructional Design, Sales Operations, Business Enablement, or Program Management.
• Training & Enablement Experience: 3+ years delivering training programs or onboarding initiatives.
• Program Execution & Delivery: proven ability to deliver structured curricula and ensure readiness.
• Operational Coordination: coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Drive US GTM Onboarding & Enablement for new sales hires.
• Develop and execute training modules for internal business processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Operations.
• Coordinate with SMEs to keep training assets up-to-date.
• Maintain a Skill Matrix to identify readiness gaps.
• Manage calendar for Refresher & Advanced Skills training.
• Oversee logistics for national training programs.
• Mentor field-ready hires during client engagements.
• Travel up to 50% for on-site training and trade shows.
