Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 4 years in Corporate Training, Instructional Design, Sales Operations, Business Enablement, or Program Management.
• 3+ years delivering training programs or onboarding initiatives.
• Proven track record in structured training curricula and readiness.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and logistics.
• Excellent communication and proactive initiative.
• U.S. Citizenship required for government contracts.
• Background check and drug test clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Drive Go-to-Market onboarding and enablement for U.S. sales teams.
• Develop and deliver training modules covering processes and tools.
• Coordinate across Sales, Engineering, Product, and Operations.
• Maintain asset freshness with SMEs and content creators.
• Track readiness using skill matrices and refresher programs.
• Plan logistics for national training and travel to events.
• Mentor new hires post-onboarding in real client engagements.
