Gallagher Animal Management seeks an experienced Business Development Manager for the US market. This senior, remote role combines commercial drive with agricultural credibility, traveling regionally to engage ranchers and partners, prospecting and closing opportunities while shaping US growth for eShepherd.

You will own opportunities from first conversation through solution positioning, negotiation and close, with competitive base salary and a 20% bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Proven BD or account management experience in a solution-driven environment.
• Experience working with ranchers or agriculture preferred.
• Knowledge of AgTech solutions and beef cattle grazing.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target new business opportunities across your market.
• Own the sales journey from prospecting to proposal, negotiation and close.
• Build trusted relationships with ranchers, producers, partners and distributors.
• Position eShepherd around commercial and operational needs of operations.
• Collaborate with customers success for smooth handover post-sale.
