Qualifications

• Proven business development experience within a solution-selling environment.
• Demonstrated ability to identify prospects and convert opportunities into closed sales.
• Experience working with ranchers or agriculture is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own a quality pipeline across the US Great Plains region.
• Manage sales journey from prospecting through proposal, negotiation and close.
• Build trusted relationships with ranchers, producers, partners and industry stakeholders.
• Position eShepherd around customer commercial and operational needs.
• Develop opportunities through networking, prospecting and industry engagement.
• Lead or support key account opportunities, tenders, contracts and distribution agreements.
• Maintain CRM discipline, pipeline visibility and accurate sales forecasting.
• Collaborate with Customer Success for onboarding and ongoing support.
• Provide market intelligence and pricing insights to Sales, Product and Marketing.
