Resultance is seeking a Business Development Director to accelerate growth in the United States, focusing on Life Sciences/Pharma and Chemicals. You will open doors with senior leaders, build a robust pipeline, and originate high‑value consulting opportunities.

You will lead the commercial process from initial engagement through proposal and negotiation, collaborate with leadership and consulting experts, and shape our market presence across major industrial markets nationwide.

Qualifications

Proven success in business development in the U.S.
Track record selling high-value consulting or professional services.
Strong executive network in Life Sciences/Pharma and/or Chemicals.
Understanding of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, and/or Data & AI.

Responsabilités

Open doors and build relationships with senior executives across target accounts.
Develop a strong pipeline of qualified consulting opportunities.
Originate new business within Life Sciences/Pharma and Chemicals.
Identify client priorities and connect them with Resultance’s consulting capabilities.
Lead the commercial process from initial engagement through proposal and negotiation.
Work directly with Resultance leadership and consulting experts to develop strategic accounts.
