ProPharma is seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to expand our client base in the life sciences sector. You will develop relationships, identify opportunities, and drive revenue growth across CRO & FSP solutions.

The role emphasizes owning the end-to-end sales cycle, collaborating with marketing and client-facing teams, and representing ProPharma at conferences and key events. Remote work is supported, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years of sales or recruiting experience within the life sciences field.
• Remote work with occasional travel; hybrid collaboration encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships resulting in revenue growth.
• Uncover needs to target market through leads and follow ups.
• Support direct sales initiatives with meetings and presentations.
• Identify and attend key conferences and trade shows to increase visibility.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Generate new leads and write proposals for prospective clients.
• Coordinate with Marketing on promotions and events.
• Document leads, opportunities, proposals, and CRM activities.
