Job summary

Resultance is expanding in the United States and seeks an entrepreneurial Managing Director to build and scale our US practice. You will develop and nurture strategic client relationships, originate high-value engagements, and leverage an executive network to expand our Life Sciences/Pharma and Chemicals footprint.

You will lead opportunities across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, and Data & AI while shaping Resultance US go-to-market and growth.

Qualifications

• Senior consulting experience at Partner/MD/Principal level or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow strategic client relationships in the U.S.
• Originate, shape, and secure high-value consulting engagements.
• Leverage your executive network to expand presence in Life Sciences/Pharma and Chemicals.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client executives.
• Lead opportunities across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, and Data & AI.
• Contribute to Resultance’s U.S. go-to-market strategy and market positioning.
• Help build the local organization, capabilities, and client portfolio over time.
