Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related area.
• Two+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
• Experience in Urology and pharmaceutical launches is beneficial.
• Knowledge of market access formulary positioning and pull-through/push-through strategies.

Responsibilities

• Establish deep business relationships based on clinical and market dynamics.
• Grow market share by closing new business in key accounts.
• Support sales results with clinical expertise and compliant resource use.
• Assess product/competitor trends and market dynamics.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate candidly.
