Sumitomo Pharma America is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager – Specialty to lead engagement with customers across assigned regions in the U.S. This role emphasizes building deep relationships, driving market share, and leveraging clinical knowledge to support strategic sales actions.

The position requires 60–80% travel, a Bachelor's degree in business/marketing, two+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, and a track record in Urology or product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related area with two or more years of relevant pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience working within Urology and with a pharmaceutical launch is preferred.
• Knowledge of market access formulary positioning and physician relationships.

Responsibilities

• Establish deep business relationships with customers based on clinical and market expertise.
• Increase market share by closing new business in both new and existing accounts.
• Support sales results with clinical expertise and compliant planning.
• Analyze product/competitor trends and market dynamics to guide strategy.
• Travel across the territory and maintain timely call reporting and administrative tasks.
