WesBanco Bank, Inc. is seeking an experienced Unified Communications Administrator II - Infrastructure to design, install, and maintain Cisco UC infrastructures remotely within the bank’s footprint.

The role emphasizes strong UC and networking knowledge, system monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include troubleshooting VoIP, coordinating with providers, and documenting procedures.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field with at least two years of hands-on experience supporting Cisco Networking or UC platforms.
Minimum of one relevant industry certification is strongly preferred.
Experience with Cisco Unified Communications infrastructure and related tools is required.

Responsibilities

Perform design, installation, support, and upgrade tasks for Cisco Unified Communications systems.
Monitor UC platforms and endpoints to ensure uptime and performance.
Coordinate with Telephony Service Providers on service issues.
Create and update Service Desk tickets and provide daily status updates.
