Job summary

WesBanco Bank, Inc. seeks a Unified Communications Administrator II - Infrastructure to design, install, support, and upgrade Cisco UC infrastructure. You will resolve complex incidents, document procedures, and collaborate with Network, Systems, and Security teams to maintain UC services.

This full-time, 100% remote role operates within the bank's footprint, with occasional in-person meetings. The ideal candidate has UC and networking experience and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field with at least two years of hands-on UC or networking experience.
• Minimum of one relevant industry certification preferred.
• Experience with Cisco Unified Communications infrastructure and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, support, and upgrade tasks related to Cisco UC infrastructure.
• Monitor UC systems and endpoints to ensure uptime and performance.
• Collaborate with Network, Systems, Database, and Security teams.
• Create and update technical documentation and reports.
