Job summary

United Imaging seeks a Customer Service Engineer (Ultrasound) to provide on-site service and support for its diagnostic imaging equipment. This remote field role requires traveling to customer sites across the US, collaborating with the Care Center for fault isolation, updates, and maintenance, and participating in first-of-a-kind product launches in the US market.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree in a technical field, strong troubleshooting skills, and proficiency with Windows

Qualifications

• Experience with diagnostic imaging equipment (Ultrasound) preferred.
• Field service experience managing a geographic territory.
• Proficient with Windows, MS Office, and network connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site service support for ultrasound products.
• Collaborate with Care Center for troubleshooting and updates.
• Participate in product launches in the US market.
• Install UIH diagnostic imaging equipment.
• Travel to customer sites as required (up to 75%).
• Pursue UIH Professional Certificate as needed.
