Job summary
United Imaging - North America is seeking a remote field service engineer based near Houston to install, service, and support advanced diagnostic imaging systems across the U.S. You will collaborate with regional and HQ teams to ensure uptime and customer satisfaction.
Ideal candidates have an associate degree in a technical field, familiarity with MR/CT/PET-CT or X-ray equipment, and solid IT skills (Windows, MS Office, networking). Willingness to travel up to 75% is required.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in technical field or equivalent experience.
- Experience with diagnostic imaging equipment (MR, CT, PET-CT, X-ray) preferred.
- Field service experience with regional geographic responsibilities and troubleshooting.
- Proficient with Windows, MS Office and basic networking.
Responsibilities
- Provide top-level on-site service support for designated UIH imaging products.
- Coordinate with Customer Care Center for troubleshooting, maintenance, and updates.
- Assist with launches of new medical imaging systems in the US market.
