United Imaging is seeking a remote field service engineer to deliver on-site support for diagnostic imaging equipment across the region. You will work with regional and headquarter teams to troubleshoot, install, and update systems.

Role requires strong customer communication, willingness to travel extensively (75%), and hands-on experience with MR/CT/PET-CT/X-ray hardware and software. Associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Remote field service engineer; must live in or near posting location.
• Associate degree in technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with diagnostic imaging equipment (MR, CT, PET-CT, X-ray).
• IT skills: Windows, MS Office, network connectivity.

Responsabilités

• Provide top-level on-site service support for medical imaging products.
• Coordinate with Customer Care Center for troubleshooting and updates.
• Assist with new product launches in the US market.
• Install UIH diagnostic imaging equipment in the geographic region.
• Attend service trainings in the US and overseas as needed.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
