Job summary

United Imaging is seeking a remote field service engineer to install, service, and support diagnostic imaging systems across the region. You will work with customers and the Care Center to ensure rapid issue resolution and optimal uptime.

The role requires up to 75% travel, strong IT skills, and a background with MRI/CT equipment. An associate degree in a technical field is preferred, and relocation is not required. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in technical field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with diagnostic imaging equipment (MR, CT, PET-CT, X-ray) preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%).

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site service support for designated medical imaging products.
• Collaborate with Customer Care Center to perform trouble-shouting, maintenance, and updates.
• Assist in new product launches and customer training in the US market.
• Install UIH diagnostic imaging equipment within geographic region.
• Attend training courses to obtain UIH Professional Certificate.
