Job summary

United Imaging is seeking a remote field service engineer to provide top-level on-site service for diagnostic imaging equipment across the United States. You will collaborate with regional teams for troubleshooting, maintenance, and launches in the US market.

The role requires extensive travel and ongoing training to stay at the forefront of imaging technology. Applicants should have an associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a valid

Qualifications

• Associate degree in technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with diagnostic imaging equipment (MR, CT, PET-CT, X-ray) preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively (at least 75%).
• Strong troubleshooting abilities across hardware, mechanical, and software systems.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-level on-site service support for medical imaging equipment.
• Collaborate with Customer Care Center for troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Assist with new product launches in the US market.
• Escalate issues for expeditious resolution.
• Install UIH diagnostic imaging equipment in geographic region.
• Attend service training courses overseas and in the US.
