Job summary

United Imaging is seeking a remote field service engineer to provide top-level on-site service support for diagnostic imaging equipment across the US. You will work closely with regional and HQ teams to troubleshoot, maintain, and update products, while embracing new technologies and supporting first-of-a-kind system launches in the US.

The role requires strong customer communication, willingness to travel extensively (75%), and the ability to install and service UIH equipment across geographic

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with diagnostic imaging equipment is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site service support for designated imaging products.
• Coordinate with Customer Care Center for troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Assist with product launches and training in the US market.
• Install UIH diagnostic imaging equipment within geographic region.
• Travel up to 75% to support customers and training.
