Job summary
United Imaging, based near Dallas, is seeking a remote field service engineer to deliver on-site service for diagnostic imaging systems, work with the Customer Care Center for troubleshooting and updates, and support nationwide product launches. The role requires an associate degree and field service experience with imaging equipment, plus IT proficiency and a readiness to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications
- Associate degree in technical field or equivalent experience.
- Experience with diagnostic imaging equipment preferred.
- Experience in field service within a geographic territory is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Provide top-level on-site service support that delights customers.
- Collaborate with Customer Care Center to troubleshoot, maintain, and update designated products.
- Embrace new technology while leveraging strengths in customer service and support.
- Play a key role in launches of new imaging system products in the US market.
- Build competence in providing technical assistance to customers.
