Job summary

United Imaging seeks a remote field service engineer to service diagnostic imaging equipment across the US from the New Jersey posting location. You will work with regional and HQ teams to diagnose, repair, and update systems while delivering exceptional customer care.

The role requires travel up to 75%, strong communication skills, and IT proficiency in Windows and Office. A technical Associate degree is preferred, with prior field service experience highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with diagnostic imaging equipment is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% for customer support and training.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site service support that sets industry benchmarks.
• Collaborate with Customer Care Center to troubleshoot, maintain, and update designated products.
• Adopt new technology while leveraging strengths in customer service and support.
• Play a key role in launching new medical imaging systems in the US market.
• Build competence in providing technical assistance and support to customers.
• Escalate challenges promptly to ensure expeditious resolutions.
• Install UIH diagnostic imaging equipment in the designated geographic region.
• Attend training courses and pursue the UIH Professional Certificate.
