Job summary

Guardian HR conducts UKG Ready implementations for national clients entirely remote. You will lead onboarding, manage timelines, and coordinate internal resources while performing hands‑on configuration across Payroll, TLM, and HR modules.

The ideal candidate combines technical UKG setup with executive‑level client communication, in a Pacific Time schedule. 5+ years of implementation experience and strong payroll domain knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct experience implementing the UKG Ready suite (Payroll, TLM, HR).
• Proven ability to lead multiple client implementations concurrently.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing principles and multi‑module configurations.
• Excellent client communication and relationship management in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and manage implementation lifecycles for UKG Ready.
• Drive project schedules, milestones, and coordinate resources for concurrent projects.
• Hands‑on setup, configuration, and testing across UKG Ready modules.
• Provide strategic guidance to address client workflows and payroll needs.
• Deliver clear presentations and facilitate client kickoff and status meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize project delivery and AI-enabled workflows.
