Job summary

Armanino is seeking an experienced Solution Consultant – Payroll & Payroll Services (UKG Ready) to join our Ready Launch Services Team in a fully remote role. You will lead UKG Ready payroll implementations for clients of varying sizes, guiding them from requirements gathering through post-launch support.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of UKG Ready implementation experience, a consulting mindset, and strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of UKG Ready implementation or activation experience.
• Background in consulting or professional services.
• Ability to multitask under tight deadlines and manage priorities.
• Familiarity with Office 365 and common project management/video tools.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.
• Team-oriented with a client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver UKG Ready payroll implementation services.
• Collaborate with project managers and client teams on goals and configurations.
• Analyze client needs and recommend optimal UKG Ready setup with PM input.
• Guide clients through design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Document configurations and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Manage multiple implementations and go-live transitions.
• Support handover to long-term vendor support.
• Lead virtual and on-site consulting sessions to train client teams.
• Participate in meetings and report project milestones.
• Maintain UKG Ready knowledge and certifications; mentor others.
• Meet or exceed utilization targets; perform additional duties as needed.
