Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience providing client-facing UKG WFM implementation services.
• Strong knowledge of the UKG WFM Platform.
• Experience with multi-entity, complex implementations.
• Prior experience owning and leading multiple projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client implementations, managing relationships and delivering outcomes
• Provide end-to-end UKG WFM implementation services, including configuration and troubleshooting of payroll and timekeeping modules
• Manage multiple concurrent client implementation projects, ensuring timely completion and clear communication throughout the lifecycle
