Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a UKG Analyst for a fully remote, 6-month+ contract to support UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) maintenance and administration. The role focuses on monitoring issues, sustainment tasks, testing, documentation, and access management, with escalation handled by senior team members.

Ideal candidates will have HRIS experience with UKG environments, knowledge of Time & Attendance and Scheduling, and familiarity with HCM/FCM processes.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG Pro WFM).
• Knowledge of Time & Attendance and Scheduling functionality.
• Understanding of HCM and FCM processes.
• Experience monitoring, identifying, and reporting application issues.
• ServiceNow ticket and incident management experience.
• Experience creating and maintaining knowledge base documentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report UKG Pro WFM issues and integration health.
• Assist with sustainment activities and testing.
• Contribute to change documentation and validation efforts.
• Manage access requests and maintain knowledge resources.
• Collaborate with senior staff for complex troubleshooting.
