Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a UKG Analyst to support UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) administration on a fully remote, contract basis of 6 months or more. The analyst will monitor issues, assist with sustainment, testing, documentation, and access management, with advanced troubleshooting handled by seniors.

Strong independence and communication are essential. The role emphasizes HRIS alignment, time and attendance expertise, and knowledge of UKG integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG Pro WFM).
• Knowledge of Time & Attendance and Scheduling features.
• Understanding of HRIS/HCM/FCM processes.
• Experience monitoring, identifying and reporting application issues.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing and incident management.
• Ability to maintain knowledge base documentation.
• Familiarity with UKG integrations and sustainment activities.
• Experience handling user access requests (e.g., SailPoint).
• Testing, validation, and change documentation assistance.
• Awareness of Advanced Scheduling, Absence Management, Hyperfinds, Dataviews, Notifications, and CRT.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report issues in UKG Pro WFM.
• Support application sustainment activities.
• Assist with testing and documentation tasks.
• Manage access requests and security tickets.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
• Collaborate with senior team members on complex resolutions.
