Job summary
Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a UKG Analyst for a fully remote, 6-month+ contract role. The analyst will support UKG Pro Workforce Management, monitor issues, assist with testing and documentation, and manage access requests to ensure UKG integrations stay stable.

Qualifications
- Experience supporting UKG Pro WFM environments.
- Knowledge of Time & Attendance and Scheduling functions.
- Understanding of HCM/FCM processes.
- Experience monitoring, identifying, and reporting application issues.
- Experience creating and maintaining knowledge base documentation.
- Familiarity with UKG integrations and sustainment activities.
- Ability to assist testing, validation, and change documentation.
- Strong communication and independent work style.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and report UKG Pro WFM issues and perform sustainment activities.
- Support testing, documentation, and change control processes.
- Manage user access requests and identity governance tasks.
- Assist with testing, validation, and release documentation.
- Contribute to stability of UKG integrations.
- Handle on-call rotation as needed.
- Coordinate with senior team members for advanced troubleshooting.
