Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a UKG Analyst for a fully remote, 6-month+ contract to support UKG Pro Workforce Management. The role emphasizes maintenance, issue monitoring, testing, documentation, and access management, with duties spanning incident management and sustainment activities.

Ideal candidates will have strong UKG Pro WFM experience, familiarity with HCM/FCM processes, and the ability to work independently, including on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting UKG Pro WFM environments.
• Knowledge of Time & Attendance and Scheduling functionality.
• Understanding of HCM and FCM processes.
• Experience monitoring, identifying, and reporting application issues.
• ServiceNow ticket and incident management experience.
• Experience creating and maintaining knowledge base documentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report issues related to UKG Pro WFM.
• Support application sustainment activities and testing.
• Assist with testing, validation, and change documentation.
• Manage user access requests through identity management tools.
• Coordinate with senior staff for advanced troubleshooting.
• Ensure stability of UKG integrations and related workflows.
