Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a UKG Analyst to support UKG Pro Workforce Management in a fully remote, 6-month+ contract. Responsibilities include monitoring issues, sustainment activities, testing, documentation, and managing access requests to ensure UKG integrations remain stable.

Ideal candidates are HRIS professionals with UKG experience, ServiceNow tickets, and HCM/FCM knowledge, with strong communication. On-call rotation may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting UKG Pro WFM environments.
• Knowledge of Time & Attendance and Scheduling.
• Familiarity with HCM/FCM processes.
• Experience monitoring and reporting application issues.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticket and incident management.
• Ability to assist testing, validation and change documentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, identify and report UKG issues and outages.
• Support application sustainment activities and documentation.
• Assist with testing, validation and change documentation.
• Manage user access requests through identity tools.
• Help ensure stability of UKG integrations and data flows.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
