Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks a UKG Analyst for a fully remote, 6-month+ contract role to maintain UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) and support HRIS functions.

The ideal candidate will monitor issues, assist with sustainment activities, testing, and documentation while handling access requests and ensuring UKG integrations remain stable. Strong communication and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting UKG Pro WFM and related scheduling functions.
• Knowledge of Time & Attendance and Scheduling functionality.
• Understanding of HCM and FCM processes.
• Experience monitoring, identifying, and reporting application issues.
• ServiceNow ticket and incident management experience.
• Experience creating and maintaining knowledge base documentation.
• Familiarity with UKG integrations and application sustainment activities.
• Experience supporting user access requests through SailPoint or similar identity management tools.
• Ability to assist with testing, validation, and change documentation.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report issues for UKG Pro WFM and related systems.
• Assist with application sustainment activities and testing/documentation.
• Manage access requests and contribute to knowledge base updates.
• Support testing, validation, and change documentation efforts.
• Help ensure stability of UKG integrations and coordinate with senior teammates.
