Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a UKG Analyst to support UKG Pro Workforce Management in a fully remote, 6-month+ contract. The analyst will monitor issues, assist with sustainment, testing, and documentation, manage access requests, and help ensure UKG integration stability.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting UKG Pro WFM and UKG Pro environments.
• Knowledge of Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and HCM/FCM processes.
• Experience with incident management and keeping knowledge bases up to date.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report UKG issues; escalate as needed.
• Support sustainment activities and testing/documentation.
• Manage access requests and support SailPoint-based identity workflows.
• Assist with testing, validation, and change documentation.
• Support stability of UKG integrations and related configurations.
