Qualifications

• Experience supporting UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG Pro WFM).
• Knowledge of Time & Attendance and Scheduling functionality.
• Experience monitoring, identifying, and reporting application issues.
• ServiceNow ticket and incident management experience.
• Ability to assist with testing, validation, and change documentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report issues in UKG Pro WFM environment.
• Support application sustainment activities and testing.
• Assist with documentation and change management.
• Manage access requests to support identity management processes.
• Collaborate with senior team on troubleshooting and resolution.
