Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a UKG Analyst to support UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) in a fully remote, 6-month+ contract role. Ideal for HRIS professionals with UKG experience, ServiceNow tickets, and HCM/FCM processes.

You will monitor issues, support sustainment, assist testing and documentation, manage access requests, and help ensure stability of UKG integrations. Strong communication and ability to work independently are essential; on-call rotation may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting UKG Pro WFM and UKG environments.
• Understanding of Time & Attendance and Scheduling functionality.
• Experience monitoring, identifying, and reporting application issues.
• Experience creating and maintaining knowledge base documentation.
• Experience supporting user access requests through identity management tools.
• Familiarity with UKG integrations and application sustainment activities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report UKG issues and outages.
