Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a UKG Analyst to support UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) in a fully remote, 6-month+ contract role. This position is ideal for HRIS professionals with experience supporting UKG environments, managing ServiceNow tickets, and working with HCM and FCM functions.

The analyst will monitor and report issues, assist with testing and documentation, manage access requests, and help ensure the stability of UKG integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting UKG Pro WFM and related HR processes.
• Familiarity with Time & Attendance, Scheduling and HCM/FCM functions.
• ServiceNow incident management experience and knowledge base documentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, identify and report UKG issues; assist sustainment activities.
• Support testing, validation, and change documentation; manage access requests.
• Ensure stability of UKG integrations and coordinate with senior team members for complex troubleshooting.
