Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a UKG Analyst to support UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) in a fully remote, 6-month+ contract role. The analyst will monitor issues, assist with testing and documentation, manage access requests, and help ensure stability of UKG integrations.

Ideal candidates have HRIS experience with UKG environments, ServiceNow ticketing, and a proactive, independent work style. Strong communication and on-call rotation willingness are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) environments.
• Familiarity with Time & Attendance and Scheduling in UKG.
• Experience with HRIS and FCM processes.
• Experience monitoring, identifying, and reporting application issues.
• Experience creating and maintaining knowledge base documentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report UKG issues; provide sustainment support.
• Assist with testing, validation, and change documentation.
• Manage access requests and onboarding/offboarding tasks.
• Help ensure stability of UKG integrations and related systems.
