Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a UKG Analyst to support UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) in a fully remote, 6-month+ contract role. Ideal for HRIS professionals with UKG experience, ServiceNow ticket management, and HCM/FCM familiarity.

The analyst will monitor issues, support sustainment, assist with testing and documentation, manage access requests, and help ensure UKG integration stability. Strong communication and independent work are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting UKG Pro WFM environments.
• Knowledge of Time & Attendance and Scheduling.
• Familiarity with HCM/FCM processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow incident management.
• Familiarity with identity management (SailPoint).
• Experience with UKG integrations and sustainer tasks.
• Ability to test, validate, and document changes.
