Job summary

Vitel Global Communications seeks a UCaaS Channel Account Manager to drive revenue by recruiting VARs, MSPs, and system integrators. The role focuses on new logos and partner growth, blending sales, consulting, and customer success.

Travel to tradeshows, customer visits, and partner meetings is required. This hunting role supports a rapidly expanding UCaaS portfolio with AI-enabled features for SMB to mid-market customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business/marketing/communications field or related area.
• 2–5 years in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong relationships with VARs/MSPs/MSSPs/System Integrators required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of UCaaS/CCaaS or cloud technology.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and maintain relationships with assigned channel partners.
• Train partners on UCaaS & AI-enabled products, pricing, and competitive positioning.
• Identify, qualify, and progress sales opportunities with partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams for quoting, pricing, and contracts.
• Monitor partner performance and pipeline activity, maintain records in Hubspot.
• Stay informed on UCaaS trends and competitors.
