Job summary

Vitel Global is seeking a UCaaS Channel Account Manager to drive revenue growth by recruiting and managing cloud communications partners. This hunting role focuses on new logo generation and building a robust partner ecosystem, with travel for tradeshows and meetings.

You will learn our UCaaS/AI products, become a trusted advisor to partners, and blend sales with consulting and customer success to modernize client communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong relationships with VARs/MSPs/MSSPs/System Integrators.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of UCaaS/CCaaS or cloud technology.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and maintain relationships with assigned channel partners.
• Train partners on UCaaS & AI enabled products, pricing, and competitive positioning.
• Assist partners with sales strategies, demos, and proposals.
• Work with partners to identify, qualify, and progress sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales engineers, marketing, operations) and support quoting, pricing, and contracts.
• Monitor partner performance and pipeline activity; maintain records in Hubspot.
• Stay informed on UCaaS trends, competitors, and industry developments.
