Job summary

Vitel Global is seeking a results-driven UCaaS Channel Account Manager to expand our partner ecosystem across the United States. This remote, hunting role focuses on recruiting VARs, MSPs, MSSPs, and System Integrators, while driving revenue growth and new logo acquisition.

You will learn our UCaaS/AI-enabled offerings, serve as a trusted advisor to partners, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering to accelerate pipeline, negotiate deals, and support contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 2-5 years in sales or account management.
• Strong relationships with VARs/MSPs/MSSPs/Systems Integrators.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of UCaaS/CCaaS or cloud technology.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and maintain relationships with channel partners.
• Train partners on UCaaS and AI products.
• Identify and advance partner-generated opportunities.
• Support quoting, pricing, and contracts.
• Monitor partner performance and pipeline.
