Reserv is seeking a Commercial Transportation Resolution Specialist who communicates with customers by phone, educates them on the claims process, and manages an inventory of commercial trucking claims. The role emphasizes empathy, urgency, and collaborative problem solving to achieve quick, fair resolutions.

The ideal candidate has a state license, a minimum of 5 years in interstate trucking claims, and willingness to travel for clients.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; lack of one ok if other qualifications are met.
• Active adjuster license in designated home state or home state.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial transportation (interstate trucking) claims adjusting.
• Experience in third‑party bodily injury, UM/UIM bodily injury, and litigation preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service to policyholders and claimants via calls, texts, or emails.
• Gather information to initiate claims and explain policy coverage and claims process.
• Manage an inventory of claims and establish reserves, adjusting as needed.
• Coordinate with APD team on handling property damage claims.
• Identify subrogation/recovery and salvage opportunities and total loss scenarios.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, policy provisions, and SOPs.
• Negotiate settlements within approved authority and document outcomes.
• Contribute to guidelines, best practices, and process improvements.
• Guide external investigators and defense counsel to move files toward quick resolutions.
• Engage in learning to stay current on claims statutes and policy changes.
