Job summary

Reserv Claims Analysis, LLC is seeking a Resolution Specialist to join our insurtech team in a remote-first, nationwide role. You will educate and assist customers through claims, triage inventory, and drive quick, fair resolutions for transportation-related claims.

Ideal candidates have active adjuster licenses, a bachelor’s degree, and 3+ years in transportation claims, with willingness to obtain any remaining licenses within 60 days. Travel may be required to support clients and claims.

Qualifications

• Active adjuster license: resident-state license where available, otherwise a Designated Home State (DHS). Willing to obtain any additional required licenses within 60 days, including state testing.
• Bachelor's degree required; absence should not disqualify if other qualifications are met.
• Minimum of 3 years of transportation claims adjusting experience, including PD and bodily injury, with potential UM/UIM and PIP considerations.
• Willing to obtain all licenses within 60 days, including state testing.
• Knowledge of state regulations, policy provisions and standard procedures.
• Willingness to travel for clients and claims needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, high-quality service to policyholders and claimants by handling calls, filing claims, and resolving requests.
• Manage an inventory of litigated and non-litigated auto claims.
• Analyze claims to identify disputes, gather information, evaluate liability and damages, and negotiate settlements.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, policy provisions and operating procedures.
• Handle non-litigation and litigation auto claim disputes, attend mediations/arbitrations/court hearings, and communicate with involved parties.
• Collaborate with defense and coverage counsel, maintain relationships with approved defense firms and vendors.
• Review legal documents, support discovery, and act as corporate representative for depositions when needed.
• Assess policy language for coverage decisions and manage files from inception to closure.
• Direct activities and costs of outside vendors, including defense counsel and independent adjusters.
• Maintain adjuster licenses and continuing education requirements.
