Job summary

Reserv is seeking a Team Lead to blend people leadership with hands-on trucking claims expertise in a tech‑driven environment. You will coach the commercial transportation claims staff and drive operational efficiency through analytics and smart workflow management.

Based in Atlanta, you will mentor, report on claims trends to clients, and partner with leadership to reduce administrative tasks while maintaining service excellence and uncompromising integrity in handling confidential information.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of insurance claims experience, preference for trucking with bodily injury.
• Active adjuster license required (resident state if available, otherwise a Designated Home State (DHS) license).
• 3+ years of leadership experience with a preference for experience managing in a remote environment.
• Comfortable with technology and the ability to evolve the claims systems and processes to drive better efficiencies and outcomes.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Commercial Transportation Claims team and serve as SME for first-line questions and escalations.
• Provide onboarding, coaching, and performance support for direct reports.
• Increase reserve and payment authority for moderate reviews across the team.
• Prepare and present claims reports, metrics, and analyses to clients and leadership.
• Foster a customer-centric, remote-friendly claims organization with emphasis on empathy and accountability.
