Reserv Claims Analysis, LLC is seeking a Team Lead in the United States to guide the Commercial Transportation Claims team. The role balances leadership with hands-on claims work, leveraging analytics and technology to improve efficiency and outcomes.

You will oversee staff, coach the team, and work with the Claims Manager to deliver client-focused results. The ideal candidate has deep trucking claims knowledge, strong leadership, and a proven ability to operate effectively in a remote

Competenze

• 5+ years of insurance claims experience, preferably in commercial transportation (trucking)
• 3+ years of leadership experience, including remote management
• Strong tech acumen with analytics to drive efficiency
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and build a high-performing team

Mansioni

• Lead and support a Commercial Transportation Claims team under a Claims Manager
• Balance management with individual contributor work as volume dictates
• Develop and implement best practices for intake, investigation, evaluation, settlement, and recovery
