Job summary

Reserv is seeking a Director of Commercial Transportation Claims to lead a team handling Trucking, Garage Keeper, Specialty Vehicle, Rideshare/TNC, and Delivery claims. You will drive operational effectiveness, leverage technology and analytics, and ensure high-quality standards while meeting regulatory and SLA requirements.

The role requires extensive claims management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to guide a remote team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in insurance, business administration, or related field.
• 10+ years in insurance claims management, Commercial Transportation.
• 5+ years of management experience; remote environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a unit of Commercial Transportation claims professionals at the management and desk level.
• Implement and maintain best practices for claims handling, including intake, investigation, evaluation, settlement, and recovery.
• Monitor and analyze claims data to identify trends and process improvements.
