Job summary

Reserv is seeking a highly organized Commercial Transportation Resolution Specialist to join our remote-first team. You will communicate with customers on calls, educate and guide them through the claims process for interstate trucking, and manage a portfolio of claims to drive quick, fair resolutions.

The role emphasizes empathy, urgency, and collaboration with the APD team on property damage claims, subrogation opportunities, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent experience
• Active insurance adjuster license preferred or obtainable
• Experience in commercial transportation (interstate trucking) claims adjusting

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service for policyholders and claimants via calls, texts, or emails.
• Educate customers on policy, coverage, and claims process; guide toward resolution.
• Manage an inventory of claims, establish initial reserves, adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with APD team on property damage claims.
• Identify subrogation and salvage opportunities; pursue recovery.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and procedures.
• Negotiate settlements within allowed authority.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of claims guidelines and processes.
• Coordinate with third-party service providers to move files toward resolution.
