Job summary

Reserv is hiring Resolution Specialists to handle transportation-related auto claims. You will educate customers, triage claims, and manage an inventory of litigated and non-litigated cases while delivering excellent service.

The role requires active adjuster licensure, a bachelor’s degree, and at least 3 years in transportation claims adjusting, with willingness to travel as needed. Work is remote-first with nationwide coverage.

Qualifications

• Active adjuster license required; resident-state license or DHS with willingness to obtain others within 60 days.
• Bachelor's degree; lack thereof allowed if all other qualifications are met.
• 3+ years in transportation claims adjusting with PD/BI/Litigation experience.
• Willingness to travel for clients and claims.
• Knowledge of state regulations and policy provisions.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, high-quality service to policyholders and claimants by calls, filing and resolving requests.
• Manage an inventory of litigated and non-litigated cases.
• Analyze auto claims to identify disputes; gather information, evaluate liability and damages, and negotiate settlements.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, policy provisions, and SOPs.
• Handle non-litigation and litigation cases; participate in mediations, arbitrations and hearings.
• Collaborate with defense and coverage counsel and external vendors.
• Review legal documents and implement action plans.
• Serve as Corporate Representative for discovery and depositions when needed.
• Analyze policy language to reach coverage decisions and manage files end-to-end.
• Direct and control outside vendors and adjusters; monitor costs.
• Maintain adjuster licenses and ongoing education.
